  • Design Creation: Develop eye-catching visuals for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and other digital content, aligning with CTOS’s brand guidelines.
  • Tool Utilization: Work with design software like Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator), and Figma to create professional and engaging graphics.
  • Content Sourcing: Utilize stock content resources such as iStock, Shutterstock, Envato, Freepik, Unsplash, and Pexels to find high-quality images and assets for projects.
  • Collaborative Projects: Collaborate with the digital marketing and consumer services teams to ensure design consistency and to develop visuals that support marketing initiatives.
  • File Organization: Assist in organizing design assets and maintaining a structured file system for easy access and retrieval.
  • Learning and Development: Receive mentorship from our design team, participate in design reviews, and gain feedback to enhance your skills in graphic design and visual communication.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Design Tools: Basic experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma. Familiarity with stock content platforms (iStock, Shutterstock, etc.) is a plus.
  • Creativity and Attention to Detail: Strong creative sense with an eye for detail, color, and layout.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and respond positively to feedback.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
  • Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating design work, school projects, or personal projects showcasing your skills.
