Job Description
- Act as the primary contact for customer account management, handling all inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively engage with clients on a monthly basis to nurture and expand existing accounts.
- Foster strong customer relationships to maximize their long-term value.
- Identify opportunities and promptly address customer issues with precision.
- Guarantee prompt and successful delivery of our solutions to meet customer needs and goals.
- Collaborate with various internal teams (such as Customer Service and Product Development) to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Monitor account metrics, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
- Share your weekly sales report to facilitate effective communication and improve performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated track record of at least 3 years in sales, account management, key account management, or business development roles.
- Exceptional proficiency in Business English communication
- Experienced in closing sales deals through cold calling.
