- Confidence to oversee store operations alongside and in the absence of the Store Manager
- A customer centric focus with the ability to maintain multiple client relationships in a highly dynamic environment
- Demonstrate a proactive approach in building clientele and brand awareness, capturing every opportunity to create new business for the store
