Drill Stem Test (DST) Supervisor Well Testing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drill Stem Test (DST) Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in well testing services and a proven track record in managing complex offshore and onshore operations. This role involves coordinating with clients, ensuring high service quality, and overseeing all aspects of DST operations. Description

• Supervise and coordinate Drill Stem Testing operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Design DST strings and develop DST running procedures, providing technical support for each project.
• Prepare and manage the necessary DST tools and equipment, including but not limited to PCT-F STRING, PCT-E STRING, CERTIS-AB/DA/XL Packers, and Sub-Sea 3 Equipment.
• Conduct client meetings, HAZOP, HAZIT, and TWOP sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding and execution of project requirements.
• Oversee operations in deepwater environments, including exploration wells, HPHT wells, and fracturing jobs.
• Lead and mentor the DST team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration during projects.
• Ensure compliance with all operational, health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Proven experience as a DST Supervisor, with a minimum of 5 years in well testing services.
• Strong technical knowledge of DST operations and equipment.
• Familiarity with offshore environments such as drill ships, semi-subs, jack-up rigs, and onshore operations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications and training in well testing and safety protocols.
• Experience working with international clients and in diverse geographical locations.
• Knowledge of deepwater operation and advanced well testing techniques.
• Ability to design and implement effective DST strategies to optimize performance.
