Responsibilities

• Design and Maintain High-Performance Applications: Build and maintain robust web server applications ensuring fast response times and system stability.
• API Development: Design and integrate RESTful or GraphQL APIs for smooth communication between client and server.
• Optimize Server-Side Logic: Enhance speed, scalability, and reliability through continuous optimization.
• Implement Security Best Practices: Secure applications with authentication mechanisms, encryption, and protection against vulnerabilities (e.g., XSS, CSRF, SQL injection).
• Web Server Performance: Configure and optimize web servers (Nginx, Apache, IIS) for efficiency and high availability.
• Collaborate with Frontend Teams: Work with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration between systems.
• Debugging and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve server-side issues, ensuring system stability and minimizing downtime.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor server performance and logs, addressing bottlenecks proactively to maintain stability.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 3 years of backend development experience, particularly in web server development.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), Ruby (Rails), or PHP (Laravel).
• Frameworks: Familiarity with web frameworks like Laravel, ThinkPHP, or CodeIgniter.
• Database Knowledge: Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Clickhouse), with experience in optimizing database structures.
• Web Server Technologies: Proficiency with Nginx, Apache, or IIS for web server configuration and optimization.
• Security: Knowledge of security practices, including OAuth2, JWT, SSL/TLS, and OWASP best practices.
• Development Tools: Experience with tools like Postman, Docker, Git, and CI/CD processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
