Job Location : Lagos Deadline : February 10, 2025 Quick Recommended Links Job Summary- Our client is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive the brand's business growth and expand the brand's market presence in the renewable energy sector.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.
- Establish a solid pipeline of B2B customers willing to convert to solar energy in shortest possible time
- Understand and help develop/improve current sales/customer acquisition process.
- Constantly meeting assigned sales target (closing a minimum of 5 deals a month and meeting minimum sales target of N20 Million).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the renewable energy (Solar) industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Deep knowledge of the Nigerian market, including key players, customers, and market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive strategic decision-making.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong experience with B2B sales and ability to foster relationships with key decision makers on client side.
