Job Location : Lagos Deadline : February 13, 2025 Quick Recommended Links Job Summary: As our legal associate, you will ensure that our corporate practices align with regulatory requirements and governance standards while providing strategic legal guidance to foster growth and mitigate risks. Responsibilities:- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and related matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with local and international corporate governance standards.
- Assist in board management, including preparing resolutions, agendas, and minutes.
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and must be called to the Nigerian Bar.
- A minimum of 6 years of post-call experience in corporate law and governance.
- Must reside on the Island.
