Primary job purpose includes to lead, oversee and manage corporate exercise efforts to identify and secure new revenue streams and to ensure the Bank achieve its long-term business goals.

- To lead the development and execution of the Bank’s merger and acquisition strategy
- To idenify potential acquisition targets or corporate partnerships
- To manage the whole process of possible merger and acquisition
- To conduct a thorough financial, legal, operational and regulatory of the potential projects
- To negotiate and structure the deal terms of any transaction the Bank is undertaking
