Senior Odoo Functional Consultant

Location: Johar town Lahore, Pakistan Sharpbrains Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design and implement tailored Odoo solutions, optimizing their business processes and ensuring successful project delivery. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and fostering long-term client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional Odoo solutions.
2. Odoo Implementation: Design, configure, and deploy Odoo modules (e.g., CRM, Inventory, Sales, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing) to meet client needs.
3. Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
4. Workshops & Training: Conduct interactive workshops and training sessions to ensure client teams effectively adopt Odoo solutions.
5. Process Optimization: Identify gaps in workflows and recommend improvements for enhanced operational efficiency.
6. Customization & Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to design customizations and integrate third-party systems seamlessly.
7. Post-Implementation Support: Provide ongoing consulting and support to maintain and optimize Odoo systems.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on Odoo’s latest features and releases, advising clients on relevant updates and enhancements.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
2. Experience: Proven experience with full-cycle Odoo implementations. Minimum 1 year of AWS and application support experience (preferred).
3. Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of business processes in manufacturing, retail, services, and related industries.
