CNC Maintenance Specialist

Job description Job Title:  CNC Maintenance Specialist Position Type:  Full-Time Location:  Malacca, MYS Salary Range / Rate (Currency):  RM8,000 - RM12,000 per month Job Description：

• Ensure establishment of a robust system covering planning and execution of CNC machine maintenance.
• Ensure CNC machine in excellent conditions and mitigate issues in a shortest period.
• Implement new and improve the current Condition Base Monitoring (CBM) or Predictive Maintenance (PdM)system for CNC machine.
• Initiate continuous improvement on the existing CNC machines and identify lesson learnt on specification for apurchase of new CNC machine.
• Lead a teams of engineers and technicians on troubleshooting of different technical problems on CNC machines including identifying the root cause of the problem.
• Plan, execute and evaluate the competency development of CNC engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements：

• Diploma and above in any related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years working experience with 5 axis CNC Machine operations, maintenance andtroubleshooting.
• Exposure in services, overhaul and calibration will be added advantages.
• Possess skill and knowledge on CAD/CAM, spindle system, high speed linear motion system, cooling system,electrical control & power circuit system, servo control system, PLC system and machine control softwaresystem.
• Good communication and knowledge sharing skill with ability to develop and train engineers and technicians.
