About the Role
We’re seeking Sales Consultants who are relationship builders and excellent communicators. In this role, you’ll connect with customers to understand their needs and guide them in choosing the right vehicle from our curated inventory, designed to deliver the best value, quality, and peace of mind.
What You’ll Do
- Thrive in a high-energy sales environment, working as a team to achieve goals.
- Leverage multiple social media platforms to generate leads and promote our offerings. Host live streams to showcase vehicles, engage with potential customers, and drive sales.
- Handle inquiries from walk-in customers and online leads.
- Use your industry knowledge to help customers find the perfect vehicle.
- Guide customers through every step of the process, from appraisals to test drives and financing applications.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth transactions for customers.
; JOB REQUIREMENTS: What You’ll Need
-Experience: Sales or customer service experience in industries like retail, automotive, or airlines is preferred.
-Skills:
- Strong customer focus and listening skills.
- High self-motivation and a proactive “hunter” mentality for generating leads.
- Creativity in lead generation techniques.
- Basic computer and finance literacy.
What We Offer
-Compensation:
- Base salary of RM 1,700 with high commission potential (average commission up to RM 5,000).
- Unlimited commission for exceptional sales performance.
- Training: 1-week onsite training with experienced mentors.
- Leads: Warm leads provided, with opportunities to generate your own.
-Education: Open to SPM, Diploma leavers and fresh graduates or anyone who would like to take an interim job.
-Working Hours:
- 6 days per week (including weekends and public holidays), 9 AM – 6 PM.
- Public holidays (all national holidays).
- Work Location: Automotive experience center or assigned branch (location to be confirmed).
- Probation Period: 3 months.
