Job Title and Overview SocialPie Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Software Architect (JAVA) to lead our software development initiatives. This role requires in-depth technical expertise in Java and related frameworks, strong leadership abilities, and excellent client-facing communication skills. As a Software Architect, you will be responsible for managing projects from concept to delivery, translating complex functional and technical requirements into well-structured architectural designs. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs deeply and design tailored technical solutions.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for proposing and discussing technical solutions directly with clients.
- Act as a key member of the solution delivery team, ensuring the right solution is developed effectively.
- Monitor the execution of deliverables and project status proactively.
- Identify and resolve technical, communication, and client expectation challenges.
- Maintain a strong quality mindset, foster a collaborative team spirit, and exhibit attention to detail.
- Mentor and coach project team members, encouraging them to take ownership of their work.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Lead and mentor Java development teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-level applications using modern Java frameworks such as Jakarta EE and Spring Boot.
- Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and optimized for performance.
- Document technical designs, system blueprints, and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and product managers.
- 6+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 4 years specializing in Java.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Java SE, including multithreading and collections framework.
- Proficiency with Java 8+ features.
- Strong expertise in frameworks such as Spring and ORM tools like Hibernate.
- Experience with relational databases and proficiency in ORM tools.
- Expert understanding of commonly used Design Patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of AI-driven tools and automation technologies is a plus.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks is a plus.
