Memer

Role Overview: NIAT is on the lookout for a Memer/Content Creator to manage and produce content for our auxiliary meme pages. This role focuses on driving engagement through relatable, tech-focused humor tailored to engineering students and the NIAT community. Some basic design skills (for meme layouts and carousels) are preferred. Responsibilities:

• Create 3-4 content pcs daily for NIAT’s meme and auxiliary pages.
• Adapt viral trends and engineering jokes to align with NIAT’s brand voice.
• Design meme formats, templates, and carousel graphics in collaboration with designers.
• Engage with audiences through humorous comment replies and polls.
• Manage auxiliary pages and grow their audience organically.

• 1+ years of experience in meme creation or social-first content.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut for meme layout design.
• Strong portfolio of memes or social posts (personal IG, Twitter, or Reddit).
• Deep understanding of meme culture and internet trends.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with quick turnarounds.
