Role Overview We seek a highly organized, empathetic, and proactive Assistant to support busy international families. You'll serve as the primary coordinator for all family matters while maintaining a strong personal connection with your assigned families. Key Responsibilities: Family Care Coordination
- Conduct daily check-ins with family members
- Monitor and coordinate elderly parents' wellbeing
- Plan and track family meals with helpers
- Coordinate household maintenance
- Schedule and track medical appointments
- Coordinate with Singapore hospitals and clinics
- Manage prescription refills and reminders
- Track health-related documentation
- Manage family calendars and schedules
- Coordinate school and activity schedules
- Handle travel arrangements and bookings
- Organize family events and celebrations
- Process bill payments and track expenses
- Minimum 3 years experience in executive assistance or family management
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Workspace
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
