Role Overview The Onboarding/Integration Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of our products and services into the client's infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams to provide technical support, resolve integration issues, and ensure a smooth onboarding process. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding:

  • Work closely with new clients to understand their technical requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, including technical training and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding documentation.
Technical Integration:
  • Assist clients in integrating our products and services with their existing systems and platforms.
  • Provide technical support during the integration process, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Develop custom scripts, APIs, or connectors as needed to facilitate integration.
Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical support during the onboarding phase, helping to drive successful integration outcomes and build long-term trust with clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to product integration.
  • Collaborate with the development team to escalate and address complex issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with the broader project team (including Solutions Consultants and Customer Success) to ensure seamless integration and handovers within the overall project scope.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Project Manager to align integration milestones with overall project timelines and delivery, ensuring that integration tasks are scheduled and executed in accordance with the project plan.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client experiences and integration challenges.
  • Communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Strong stakeholder communication, focusing on maintaining customer relationships during the onboarding and integration process.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to improve the onboarding and integration process. Gather and share client feedback to improve both internal processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical integration and onboarding.
  • Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Identify and contribute ideas for improving the integration process and tools based on client feedback and operational experience.
Change Management Support:
  • Support customers through the adoption of Flydocs solutions, helping to ease the transition and ensuring that integration issues do not disrupt business operations.
  • Help customers integrate the product into their operational workflows as part of the integration activities.
Knowledge & Experience We would be really happy if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Aviation background with graduation is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support, integration, or onboarding role.
  • Strong understanding of software integration techniques, including APIs, web services, and custom scripting.
  • Added advantage in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Technical proficiency in system integration and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
