Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive Location: Hyderabad Job Type: Full-Time Work Schedule: 6 days a week (In Office) Salary: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Job Description: We are looking for dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to join our team at an International Education provider company. The successful candidates will play a key role in promoting our educational programs and services, building relationships with prospective students and academic institutions, and achieving enrollment targets. This role requires excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one of the following local languages: Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales and Lead Generation: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. - Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls and virtual meetings to convert them into enrollments. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives. 2. Marketing and Promotion: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and promote our educational programs. - Participate in and organize marketing events, education fairs, and seminars. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and digital ads. 3. Client Relationship Management: - Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and educational institutions. - Provide comprehensive information and guidance on our programs, admission procedures, and visa requirements. - Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 4. Reporting and Analysis: - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends. - Analyze market conditions and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in any field. - Strong communication skills in English and at least one of the following languages: Telugu, Kannada, or Hindi. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Experience in the education sector and knowledge of international study programs are advantages. - Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
