Project Manager Civil

Job Summary: Kisankonnect is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the opening of retail stores, dark stores, and shops. This role will involve end-to-end project management, including civil work, design, and execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AutoCAD and a proven track record in retail store designing. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
• Develop and manage project plans for the opening of retail stores, dark stores, and shops.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of civil, electrical, and design works.
• Design and Technical Oversight:
• Work on layout planning, interior design, and space utilization using AutoCAD and other relevant tools.
• Review and approve design drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and brand guidelines.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
• Liaise with contractors, architects, and designers to ensure project deliverables are met within timelines and budgets.
• Negotiate with vendors for materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Site Supervision:
• Monitor on-site progress and address any challenges related to construction, design, or execution.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements during the project lifecycle.
• Budget Management:
• Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are within approved limits.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, budget utilization, and timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in retail store designing and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, interior design, and space planning.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience in opening retail stores, dark stores, or similar commercial spaces.
• Familiarity with retail design trends and consumer-focused layouts.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
