Admissions Associate

Responsibilities:

• Responding to enquiries coming in from the website, phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other mediums. These enquiries will be from parents who are interested in availing of our campus services. We are no longer going to have a common touchpoint for all enquiries. Enquiries will be directed to the necessary department collaborations, and the like.
• Maintaining a clear log of all enquiries and communication on excel sheets and other software solutions.
• Conducting outreach activities in colleges, universities, and other organizations.
• Assisting parents who want to seek Admission in the Residential Campus as a relationship manager.
• Assisting students who want to enroll themselves in Courses as a relationship manager.

Skills and Qualities required:

• Good speaker
• Alertness and attention to details
• A working knowledge of the Disability and Mental Health Space(preferrable)
• Must have capacity to learn new skills on the job

Qualifications:

• Education – Graduation or equivalent
• Language Preference - English, Hindi, Bengali
