Plan, coordinate, and manage all warehouse activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies.

Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.

Develop and enforce warehouse safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to streamline supply chain processes.

Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.

Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.

Oversee maintenance and organization of the warehouse to maintain a clean, orderly workspace.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to warehouse operations.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
