Job Title: Tailwind CSS Developer Location: Pune (Hybrid work mode) Experience: 2 to 5 years Notice Period: Immediate joiners (or those with a notice period of 15 days or less) Work Mode: Hybrid (Combination of in-office and remote work) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tailwind CSS Developer with a strong background in working with Tailwind CSS and troubleshooting complex UI-related issues. As part of our dynamic development team, you will be responsible for implementing modern and responsive web designs using Tailwind CSS, ensuring the website or web application performs optimally across all devices and browsers. Your expertise in troubleshooting UI-related issues and enhancing user experiences will be crucial in maintaining and improving our web platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop user interfaces with Tailwind CSS to ensure a responsive, mobile-first design.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end developers to create seamless UI components and features.
- Troubleshoot and debug UI issues to improve overall performance, usability, and functionality.
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure consistency in the design, adhering to UI/UX best practices and guidelines.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code while following coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Work closely with the design team to translate UI/UX wireframes into code.
- Maintain cross-browser compatibility and resolve any related issues.
- Keep up to date with the latest Tailwind CSS features and best practices.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Tailwind CSS development.
- Strong proficiency in HTML , CSS , and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging CSS issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Good understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Knowledge of JavaScript libraries and frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js) is a plus.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and understanding of the design-to-development workflow.
- Knowledge of CSS pre-processors (e.g., SASS, LESS) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience with tailwind.config.js and extending Tailwind's default configuration.
- Familiarity with other front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite, etc.).
- Exposure to Jest or other testing frameworks for front-end testing is a plus.
- Immediate Joiners: We are looking for candidates who are currently serving notice or can join within 15 days .
