The Job About the Role: As the Director of Sales, you’ll lead our sales organization and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our revenue growth strategy.   • Team Leadership: Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Pipeline Management: Oversee and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate relationships with key clients and strategic partners to drive long-term growth.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and explore new markets, industries, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular updates and insights to leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously refine sales processes, tools, and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Represent the Brand: Act as a thought leader and ambassador for the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
The Profile What We’re Looking For:
  • 7+ years in sales leadership, with at least 3 years as a Director of Sales or equivalent role (outsourcing or B2B experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Strong track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
  • Proficient in using data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track performance.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think big picture while executing on short-term priorities.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and embraces the challenges of building from the ground up.
