- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive consistent revenue growth.
- Strong track record of building and leading successful sales teams.
- Proficient in using data to inform decisions, optimize processes, and track performance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think big picture while executing on short-term priorities.
