Education :
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a 4- or 5-star game lodge or luxury hospitality environment.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in lodge management software (e.g., Opera, Protel) and basic Microsoft Office Suite.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for guest service.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
- Ability to adapt to remote living and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of the local environment, flora, fauna, and culture (advantageous).
- Valid driver’s license (preferably with PDP).
- First Aid certification (preferred).
- Willingness to live on-site in a remote location.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Zulu, Afrikaans, or European languages) are a plus.
