Our team works remotely, meeting monthly for catch-ups and team-building activities, creating a flexible yet supportive work environment that fosters success. Job Description: We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction Consultancy division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving team, where youll work with high-profile clients and contribute to our ongoing success. Were looking for individuals with experience or a desire to work within one or more of the following disciplines;
- Building Surveying
- Cost Management
- Fire Engineering / Fire Safety
- Project Management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the Construction or Consultancy sectors.
- A self-motivated and ambitious mindset, with a drive to deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and client engagement.
