Location: West Annual Package: 3-4 Bonuses Job Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to engage donors, secure major gifts, and establish corporate partnerships. Create tailored donor engagement strategies that align with the organization’s mission and vision, ensuring long-term partnerships. Lead all aspects of donor outreach, solicitation, stewardship, and recognition activities. Identify and cultivate potential major donors to support key organizational initiatives. Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to effectively communicate the impact of donations on critical programs. Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of major fundraising events, such as galas, donor appreciation gatherings, and special campaigns. Prepare and deliver accurate and timely reports to donors, showcasing the impact of their contributions. Partner closely with organizational leadership, clinicians, and researchers to identify funding needs and develop strategic fundraising initiatives. Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to create compelling messaging that resonates with prospective donors. Ensure fundraising activities comply with all relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Key Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Nonprofit Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in fundraising, major gifts, or corporate partnerships. Proven success in building and managing large-scale partnerships and securing significant philanthropic gifts.
