Corporate Security Officer - Days, Nights & Weekends - Reference: JAN20253812 Expiry date: 17:30, Fri, 31st Jan 2025 Location: Dublin Salary: €14.50 Per Hour CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Corporate Security Officer in Dublin who will be an ambassador to represent the company, demonstrating and delivering high-quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users. This role is diverse, interesting, and multifunctional across all areas of Corporate Security and has a high degree of responsibility as outlined below. The ability to work in a changing environment is key for this position. Information:
- Position: Corporate Security Officer
- Location: Dublin
- Pay Rate: €14.50 per hour (€16.80 per night shift & €5.00 per hour Sunday premium)
- Hours: Average of 42 - 48 hours per week
- Shifts: 4 On 4 Off - Days, Nights & Weekends
- PSA Security Guarding Licence required & CCTV
- 5* Corporate Security, Concierge or Front of House experience for at least 1 year is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills & Customer Service Skills
- Must have an excellent command of the English Language & Good IT Skills
- Access Control & Monitoring Systems will be used as part of the role on a daily basis
- Visitor Management Systems will be used as part of the role on a daily basis
- Reliable, responsible, punctual, friendly, professional, courteous, and outgoing character
- To always take pride in your appearance, ensuring immaculate presentation
- Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site.
- First Aid Qualification
- Be confident you can undertake 100% of all specific duties.
- Be able to provide all the documentation and vetting information upon request.
- Able to demonstrate and deliver high-quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users.
- Able to work in a team as well as independently and have the ability to be proactive and think on your feet.
- Be calm, professional, and confident under pressure when dealing with confrontational situations.
- Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shifts.
- Confident in writing incident and shift reports.
- To always portray a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor, using open and appropriate body language.
- To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, always providing exceptional customer service ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.
- Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems.
- Can write emails in the correct manner and speak, very important in Corporate Industry.
- Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.
- Able to understand Corporate Escalation Process, - Escalate and Disseminate information in a timely manner to the correct personnel in the event or during an emergency or Incident on site.
- The role includes conducting opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, conducting emergency procedures.
