In this role, you will be at the forefront of deploying and maintaining cutting-edge technologies across a range of production environments. Your main responsibility will be to provide technical support and expertise to clients, helping them optimise their operations and overcome any technological challenges. You will engage with customers at their locations, ensuring the optimal setup, testing, and commissioning of machines and production lines. Your tasks will include troubleshooting, performing repairs, and providing essential updates and upgrades to enhance system performance and reliability. You will offer remote assistance and work with colleagues to coordinate daily activities and implement solutions. Your role will extend to participating in multidisciplinary project teams. You will be tasked with documenting your findings and experiences, preparing service reports, and maintaining accurate machine histories. Additionally, you will assist in identifying spare parts, preparing detailed cost reports, and writing precise manual texts for delivered equipment. We are looking for a candidate with a solid technical background, a minimum BEng qualification and at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity. Proficiency in English is a must, and knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset. The role requires travel half of the time.
