Night Catering Assistant

• Assist with food preparation and ensure high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and food service areas, including dishwashing and waste disposal.
• Stock and replenish supplies as required.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Support the catering team with any additional duties during night shifts.

• Up to date Manual Handling and HACCP Certificate is preferred(training can be provided by Excel Recruitment if necessary).
• Own mode of transport (preferred)
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
• Night time availability
