- Oversee and ensure the timely, high-quality delivery of projects in branding, advertising, web development, and digital marketing.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to translate client briefs into clear, actionable plans.
- Conduct regular client meetings to provide updates, deliver presentations, and gather feedback.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client value by recommending additional services.
- Seek out and engage new business opportunities through inbound inquiries and targeted outreach.
- Create and implement customized strategies to attract and acquire clients from diverse industries.
- Prepare and present compelling pitches, proposals, and business presentations to prospective clients.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to shape effective business strategies.
- Establish valuable partnerships that align with the organization’s mission and services.
- 5+ years in account management, client services, or business development, ideally within a creative or digital agency.
- Solid understanding of branding, advertising, website development, and digital marketing.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas persuasively.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects while meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to identify and convert opportunities into successful client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management platforms (e.g., Monday), and analytics tools.
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
