Role Description This is a full-time sales manager role at StonesLuxury in Bahrain. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves implementing effective sales techniques, analyzing sales data, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. This is an on-site position requiring presence in Bahrain. Qualifications
- 5-10 years experience in Outdoor Construction related field in Bahrain.
- English speaking is preferred.
- Effective Outdoor Sales Techniques.
- Experience in setting sales targets and leading a sales team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and trends.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Previous experience in luxury goods sales is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or Marketing is a plus.
- Car and driving license is a MUST.
- Resident in Bahrain is a MUST.
