About the role We are seeking a driven and technically-savvy Sales Engineer/Manager to join our client in its newly set up NDT Testing Division for Aviation Sector. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing NDT services for its aviation clients What you'll be doing Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the aviation industry Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Providing technical expertise and guidance to clients on NDT testing and related services Preparing detailed proposals and quotations to win new business Collaborating with the engineering team to deliver high-quality failure analysis solutions Monitoring industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth Providing regular sales performance reports and contributing to the development of the sales strategy What we're looking for Significant experience in a sales or technical sales role within the aviation industry Strong understanding of NDT NAS410 principles and techniques for aviation components and systems Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders A track record of successfully identifying and closing sales opportunities Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver customer solutions Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service What our client offer; Our client provides a supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional development and work-life balance.
