Technical Office Engineer

• Lead and manage the technical office team in the preparation and execution of project documents, including but not limited to drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents.
• Review project plans, technical proposals, and designs to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to provide technical solutions and ensure project efficiency.
• Monitor and report on the progress of ongoing projects, identifying and mitigating any potential risks or delays.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards in the execution of technical work.
• Provide technical support to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead meetings with clients, vendors, and contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, schedules, and budget management for projects.
• Utilize SAP software to track project progress, manage inventory, and assist with procurement processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within packaging companies.
• Proven experience with project management, technical office operations, and site coordination in a packaging environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience as an SAP user (must be proficient in SAP for project tracking, procurement, and inventory management).
• Strong knowledge of engineering software, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
