The Walsh Hotel & Tap Room Medina منذ أسبوع We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at The Walsh Hotel & Tap Room in Medina, New York. About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our bartending team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment. Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the daily operations of the bar, including managing inventory, scheduling staff, and monitoring sales performance.
- Support the Bar Manager in hiring, training, and developing bartending staff.
- Design and implement creative drink menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as liquor laws.
- Build strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and providing exceptional service.
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a supervisory role in a bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
- Competitive pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
