They ensure legal compliance, secure confidential personnel documents and files, and support employee development. They also play a crucial role in the recruitment process. REQUIREMENTS Preference to candidates with Family visa Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential). Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
