HR assistants (or human resources assistants) serve as liaisons between an organizations HR manager and its employees. They ensure legal compliance, secure confidential personnel documents and files, and support employee development. They also play a crucial role in the recruitment process. REQUIREMENTS Preference to candidates with Family visa Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Assistant (essential). Exposure to Labor Law and employment equity regulations. Effective HR administration and people management skills. PROVISIONS Medical insurance provided . Accommodation Salary: Negotiable
