Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Office 365 Expert to join our team and lead the design, implementation, migration, and management of Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Office 365 migrations, Hybrid Cloud setups, advanced email security, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), and Intune endpoint management. This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Deploy, administration, security best practices, and modern workplace solutions to ensure smooth operations, security compliance, and business continuity. ???? - Plan, execute, and manage Office 365 tenant-to-tenant and on-prem to cloud migrations.
- Perform Exchange Online and Hybrid Exchange deployments.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Office 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
- Implement and maintain Microsoft 365 Hybrid Cloud solutions.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), including Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and Identity Protection.
- Deploy and manage Microsoft Defender for Office 365 for email security (phishing, malware, and spam protection).
- Configure DLP (Data Loss Prevention), email encryption (Microsoft Purview), DKIM, SPF, and DMARC policies.
- Monitor and mitigate security threats using Microsoft Security & Compliance Center.
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Implement Windows Autopilot for Zero-Touch Deployment.
- Ensure compliance policies and security baselines are met across devices.
- Deploy and integrate Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business for seamless collaboration.
- Provide guidance on Power Automate and Power Apps for workflow automation.
- Implement security policies and best practices based on Zero Trust principles.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and other relevant standards.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents using Microsoft 365 Defender.
- Provide Level 3 support for Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve critical service outages.
- Document procedures, best practices, and technical guides for internal teams.
