Job Summary: As a Business Development Manager at MISL, you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and expanding our market presence. This position requires a candidate with a well-established contact book, in-depth industry knowledge, and the ability to represent our company with professionalism and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Use your existing network and knowledge of our industry to maintain and expand relationships with current & new clients.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify potential clients, trends, and opportunities for business growth.
- New Business Development: Actively seek out and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and clients.
- Customer Visits : Regularly visit various customers and manufacturing facilities to gather business information, understand production capabilities, and assess potential collaboration opportunities.
- Sales Strategies : Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Customer Understanding : Gain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to tailor our products and services accordingly.
- Negotiation : Lead negotiations with clients, including pricing, terms, and contracts, to secure profitable deals.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of business development activities and provide regular reports to management.
Job Specification
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong network of contacts within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and visit various factories and client locations.
- People with experience in organisaations such as Descon, Pearl Engineering & the likes will be preferred
