About the Role:

• Lead business development efforts to generate new client relationships in the UK and key European markets.
• Target enterprise and mid-market fleets (500+ vehicles), aiming for high-value wins and long-term partnerships.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on quick wins.
• Collaborate with the in-house technology team to deliver bespoke solutions that meet client needs.
• Engage with C-level and key stakeholders within fleet, leasing, and rental sectors.

About You:

• 7-10+ years of sales experience in telematics, focused on fleet, leasing, rental, or insurance sectors.
• Proven track record as a new business hunter with strong client relationship skills.
• Established network in the UK and potentially across European markets.
• Skilled in handling complex sales cycles and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a remote setup with flexibility for travel.
• Confident in delivering custom solutions that address unique client requirements.

Package:

• Base salary up to £100,000 with an uncapped, performance-based commission structure.
