Sales Specialist

You make the accurate, competitive quotes, closing deals on the trust you've built with the customer. Our project experts perform the work meriting the 5-star review that allows you to establish the confidence your prospect needs to become customer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales specialists act as a trustworthy resource to our residential customer including:

• Conducting thorough assessments and estimations for roofing, siding, and window projects.
• Developing and presenting project proposals to potential clients.
• Maintaining and expanding client relationships to generate new business.
• Collaborating with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate project specifications.
• Tracking and reporting on sales metrics and performance.
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Participating in sales, marketing and promotional activities in all assigned markets which may require regular travel.

QUALIFICATIONS In addition to demonstrating a history of success though personal and professional integrity, ideal candidates will possess:

• Proven sales experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Good understanding of project estimation and specification processes.

COMPENSATION Wheatland wants you to achieve. Compensation for this position is variable, fully based on commission, (draw available for new sales specialists), and the achievement of individual sales performance.
