HRA Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to foster a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment process to attract, select, and onboard high-quality talent.
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HR metrics reporting.
Oversee office administration to ensure efficient operations and facilities management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in an HR managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Strong background or experience in ISO certification is an added advantage
Monthly Salary: P50,000- if with ISO experience as a Core Team
P35,000 to 40,000 – if without ISO experience on ISO
