We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Analyst to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong knack for problem-solving, a focus on user-centric testing, and a passion for delivering flawless solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and suggest process improvements to enhance overall quality.
- Participate in design reviews to provide quality assurance input.
- Ensure testing is aligned with project timelines and deliverables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter).
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a user-centric mindset.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
