Minimum Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- At least 6 months working experience as Helpdesk or Service Desk Support.
- Familiarity with most common desktop/laptop software and hardware systems.
- Experience in troubleshooting and configuring Windows-based networked PCs via email, phone calls, and remote.
- Familiarity with network protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
- Knowledgeable in ticketing systems, preferably Service Now.
- Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Can start ASAP/within 15 days.
