Minimum Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  2. At least 6 months working experience as Helpdesk or Service Desk Support.
  3. Familiarity with most common desktop/laptop software and hardware systems.
  4. Experience in troubleshooting and configuring Windows-based networked PCs via email, phone calls, and remote.
  5. Familiarity with network protocols and configurations (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN).
  6. Knowledgeable in ticketing systems, preferably Service Now.
  7. Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas.
  8. Full-Time position(s) available.
  9. Can start ASAP/within 15 days.
