- Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of candidates, including all follow-up information.
- Job Posting: Post vacancies on various job portals and match candidate profiles based on technical requirements.
- Candidate Management: Handle negotiation, paperwork validation, and candidate closures for assigned requisitions.
- Resume Preparation: Edit and format resumes for consistency, visual appeal, and technical accuracy before presenting to clients.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relations with candidates and vendors, coordinate interviews, manage joining formalities, conduct background checks, and gather references.
- Target Achievement: Ensure daily and overall placement targets are met.
- Resume Creation: Create and update candidate resumes according to client requirements.
- Candidate Sourcing: Source and screen potential candidates from job portals, postings, and networking.
- Employment Knowledge: Basic understanding of employment types such as W2, Corp to Corp, and 1099. Familiarity with H1B profile transfers.
- Consultant Coordination: Confirm candidate interest before forwarding profiles to vendors.
- Job Portal Management: Post resumes on job portals like Dice, Monster, and social networking sites targeting the US market.
- Submissions: Submit consultants to suitable job postings and track submissions with regular follow-ups.
- Requirement Outreach: Reach out to as many open requirements as possible.
- Team Coordination: Inform the team about client submissions to avoid duplications.
- Interview Preparation: Inform consultants about vendor calls and end-client interview schedules, and prepare them for interviews.
- Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
- Consultant Support: Ensure consultants are comfortable in their work environment and address any performance-related queries with vendors.
- Vendor Relations: Maintain good interpersonal relations with clients and vendors, and identify potential new vendors.
