• Define and execute the company’s technical strategy, aligning it with Vidurta’s business goals.
• Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions for international clients.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure Vidurta remains at the cutting edge of technology.

• Take ownership of ongoing client projects, working on both frontend and backend development.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Address and resolve complex technical challenges with creative solutions.

• Mentor and grow the technical team, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Partner with HR and Sales teams to identify, hire, and retain top technical talent.
• Support the sales team in technical discussions with potential clients.

• Act as a key driver in Vidurta’s growth journey, taking on strategic initiatives beyond technology.
• Embrace a startup mentality, actively contributing to multiple aspects of the business.
• Demonstrate a long-term vision to grow with the company and become a business partner.

• Frontend Development: Extensive experience in React for building scalable UIs.
• Backend Development: Strong expertise in Node.js with frameworks like Express or NestJS.
• TypeScript: Solid experience; JavaScript is not used in our stack.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git, pull request workflows, and team collaboration.
• Relational Databases & ORM: Proficient in SQL databases and ORM tools.

• Experience with Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR).
• Familiarity with Electron.js for desktop app development.
• Knowledge of MUI or Tailwind CSS for UI development.
• Understanding of ReactQuery and caching mechanisms.
• Exposure to React Native for mobile app projects.

• Proficiency with Prisma ORM and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NestJS for backend architecture.
• Knowledge of Python (especially Flask framework).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, including leadership roles.

• Based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
