Function Head- Fixed income settlements

Responsibilities: Close relationship with European and locational teams, Leading the team in Bangalore and supervising the following duties: 1. Ensure all trades have been validated & instructed within the cut-off 2. Follow up & report any unmatched instructions or failed trades, and liaise with the relevant parties. 3. Monitor forecast cash balance 4. Follow up and analyze all cash & stocks discrepancies 5. Respond promptly to FO, MO, external counterparties requests 6. Improve BO processes 7. Assist and test the release of new information systems 8. Ensure daily monitoring of collateral exposure with client (reconciliation & payment)9. Ensure monthly monitoring of billing with client (reconciliation & payment)10. Staff management and motivation, attrition management. Role requires Tertiary qualifications in Investment banking, Risk Management.
