About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term clients. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth and expanding our client portfolio. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and target potential clients in various industries.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including personalized connection requests, InMail campaigns, and engaging content sharing.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification & Conversion: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value proposition of Brilliant Brains Digital's services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales activities, progress, and market insights.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, including advanced search techniques, lead filtering, and InMail campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, including SEO, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
