Role: OFSAA Functional consultant Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Chennai OFSAA Application Managed Services (AMS) Functional Consultant: Description: Strong Functional resource with OFAAA Product implementation, Postproduction support experience. Desired expertise in OFSAA products like OFSAAI, FSDF, DIH, Fusion Accounting Hub (AHCS), Balance Sheet Computation Engine (BCE) etc and has SQL knowledge. Job description displayed in the job posting OFSAA Application Managed Services (AMS) Tech Consultant: Description: Strong Functional resource with OFAAA Product implementation, Postproduction support experience. Desired expertise in OFSAA products like OFSAAI, FSDF, DIH, Fusion Accounting Hub (AHCS), Balance Sheet Computation Engine (BCE) etc and has SQL knowledge. Training for the system will be done by current implementation team and Candidate must be able to work up to 50% of weekends (twice a month) and in day shifts as part production support. Knowledge of Banking and /or Banking Analytics experience, will provide functional inputs and work closely with both Technical & Functional subject matter experts, and other project team members to successfully deploy the OFSAA products. Career Level – IC2/3/4 Responsibilities displayed in the job posting Major responsibilities include:
- Support OFSAA product postproduction Day2 support.
- Break Fix Services: Provide break/fix Support for OFSAA that are currently in Production.
- Functional query support and implement the OFSAA application change requests on an ongoing basis.
- Extended Services: Continuously enhance OFSAA application as per client requirement
- Perform Unit testing and provide Test summary report.
- Support to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including Product Engineering and support team
- Support OFSAA solutions in a customer environment which includes patches and upgrades, application configuration, troubleshooting
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills are required for this role as this will involve managing customer conversation directly

- Education: MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Financial applications
