A Non-Voice Customer Service Representative in a BPO environment is responsible for providing support to customers through written communication channels such as email and chat. They assist customers with resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a prompt and accurate manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly and effective manner
- Gathering customer information and documenting interactions in a database
- Keeping up to date with product information and updates
- Adhering to company policies and procedures when communicating with customers
- Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
TO QUALIFY, CANDIDATE MUST:
- Have at least a HS Diploma but preferably with a bachelor's degree in any course.
- Be willing to work in Quezon City
- Have 30-35wpm typing skills.
- Can start immediately
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
