A Non-Voice Customer Service Representative in a BPO environment is responsible for providing support to customers through written communication channels such as email and chat. They assist customers with resolving issues, answering questions, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email and chat in a prompt and accurate manner
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a friendly and effective manner
  • Gathering customer information and documenting interactions in a database
  • Keeping up to date with product information and updates
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures when communicating with customers
  • Continuously looking for ways to improve the customer experience
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience, particularly in a BPO setting, is preferred.

TO QUALIFY, CANDIDATE MUST:

  • Have at least a HS Diploma but preferably with a bachelor's degree in any course.
  • Be willing to work in Quezon City
  • Have 30-35wpm typing skills.
  • Can start immediately
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules
