- Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with SMB and mid-market prospects.
- Demand Generation: Leverage advanced tools and strategies like Smartlead, Sendgrid, Apollo etc to generate demand effectively.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify leads through discovery calls and set up opportunities for the sales team.
- Sales Prospecting: Utilize cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach (Reddit, LinkedIn and other professional platforms) to engage potential customers.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine strategies and align on goals.
- Market Expansion: Contribute to Qest’s presence in India and the USA by exploring untapped service business segments.
- 1-3 years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role within SaaS.
- Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and tools
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and social outreach.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Proven success in selling to SMBs and mid-market companies, with an understanding of both Indian and US markets.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- A knack for thriving in high-growth, startup environments—you're resourceful, adaptable, and proactive.
