Position Overview: Daeryun LLC is looking for Singapore-qualified lawyers who can bring expertise in areas such as corporate formation, litigation, foreign legal advisory services, and cross-border transactions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality legal services to global corporations and individual clients in the dynamic Singapore legal market. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive support for the establishment and operation of a foreign legal advisory office in Singapore. Deliver a wide range of legal services, including corporate establishment, branch formation, and M&A transactions. Collaborate with Daeryun’s team to handle cross-border legal matters and client needs. Offer tailored legal advice aligned with the U.S. regulatory environment. Why Join Us? Legal qualifications allowing practice within the relevant Singapore jurisdiction. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with multinational corporations and foreign investors. In-depth understanding of Singapore and international corporate law. Proven track record of providing legal services to international clients. Litigation and arbitration experience.
