Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in #capital_markets to lead and manage a portfolio of IT projects within the Banking & Finance sector. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and compliant IT solutions by guiding and mentoring project teams, establishing Agile project management practices, and ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in capital markets, a strong project management background, and the leadership skills necessary to oversee multiple projects, drive best practices, and optimize project delivery.

Required Experience and Skills:

Capital Markets and Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in capital markets, with deep knowledge of trading platforms, compliance standards, and industry-specific workflows. Proven track record in managing complex IT projects within capital markets or financial services, delivering high-impact solutions aligned with business objectives.
Leadership and Mentorship Abilities: Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring project managers and guiding cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and balance project demands across a portfolio.
Project Management and Agile Methodology Proficiency: Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, with the ability to implement and scale Agile practices. Familiarity with project management tools and frameworks, such as PMP, Prince II, or Scrum Master Certification, is highly preferred.
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Exceptional communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders across organizational levels. Skilled in fostering collaborative relationships and promoting transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince II, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner are highly desirable.
