Job details

  • Maintain permits renewal of the vehicles (Operation Card, Estimara, MVPI...)
  • Maintain the company's licenses renewals of the RUH branch with the coordination of the HR Department
  • Responsible for sharing the accident report with HR with the necessary details in the prescribed format
  • Coordinate with the operations manager for compliance with the company's equipment branding as per the municipality's requirement
  • Represent the accounting team to quarterly check inventory stocking sheet count
  • Visit government sectors if required (such as the Municipality)
  • Confirm branch timesheet for payroll for drivers, technician labor commission, food allowance details, and employees' vacation requests with the collaboration of the fleet in charge, maintenance engineer, and HR department
  • Any other tasks assigned by the management
Skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Proven working experience as a logistics supervisor
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Ability to work independently and on multiple projects
